We founded JKS Restaurants in 2008, and currently operate 15 brands in Central London. Our philosophy is based on an attitude of restless innovation, boundary-pushing and spontaneity. Our goal is to foster a culture of culinary obsession, genuine hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit and family values across the group. Our portfolio currently includes Michelin Star-awarded restaurants, Trishna, Gymkhana, Kitchen Table, Sabor and Lyle’s; as well as Hoppers, BAO, Brigadiers, Berenjak, Flor, The Cadogan Arms and Bibi.
