Hi, I’m Georgia, for the past 15 years I’ve had the privilege of working with my passion - food, drink and events. Working in an industry I love I have a proven track record of creating, building and managing successful market leading brands. Executing marketing and PR strategies from new launches, to sales promotions and seasonal campaigns. I thrive in an environment that’s fast paced, creative, dynamic and agile- responding to consumer trends and market needs. An enthusiastic self- starter, a team player who throws herself wholeheartedly in and has an all-important sense of humour! Tasked with building the marketing department from scratch for a family run business, I designed,
developed, implemented and now run a marketing department of four employees within a mediumsized business infrastructure. Since joining in 2015, my team and I have launched numerous critically
acclaimed restaurants, offsite event concepts, premium takeaway brands and adapted in response to
COVID 19, a retail arm to all brands. I oversee the team and portfolio of brands, day to day running of
campaigns, new business, as well as the commercial group level brand - including annual marketing and
business plans and strategies, brand creation, marketing, communication, art direction, social media and
PR activities.

Reporting into the Marketing Director and CEO for the UK’s leading luxury restaurant group, my role
entailed full marketing ownership and end to end management of D&D London’s iconic flagship venue
Quaglino’s (re-launched October 2014), Avenue (re-launched February 2014) and Skylon, including all
brand communication, art direction, promotion, production and events for each brand.
