'Adagio'

The ‘ADAGIO’ muse is based on a fictional character, Aurelie, a principal ballerina-turned-artist. Having travelled the world as a ballerina, she now resides in New York. Her loft apartment has exposed brick walls and industrial details... this also serves as her workspace where she paints and listens to Sade. The ‘ADAGIO’ collection features subtle hints of Aurelie’s life as a ballerina, such as wrap and tie details echoing the ribbons from ballet slippers. Oversized tie-front shirts are worn with turtle necks and delicate fabrications in modern silhouettes, mimic the frothy tulles in typical ballerina costumes but without the theatrics.
