New limited edition prints that represent our mission. In all our issues we encourage artists to take this statement and stamp it (metaphorically) onto their work. We want to celebrate the many motivations for art by people of colour. Art, for us, comes from a place of want as much as a place of need. And for every artist, the root and reason for work differs. People make art for their sake, others art for our sake, plenty art for fuck's sake. But this statement is to remind all artists that, if you feel like it, it’s okay to make art just for art’s sake.
