For International Womens Day, YO! celebrated the strength and individuality of the YO! team on Facebook and Instagram.
We interviewed 3 strong YO! managers to talk about their experiences working in the restaurant industry as a Women.
38% of YO!'s chefs are women compaired to the national average of 18.5% (2017), a statistic that YO! is very proud of.
With the help of the photographer Michael Leckie, we created dynamic content for social, embracing each womens indivduality.
