The 'PILOT' episode, discussed a concept from a recent read by Silicon Valley consultant Alex Pang 'Rest: Why You Get More Done When You Work Less'. We talk about how recognising the importance of rest can help us to achieve more in all areas of our life - understanding that rest is not simply the negative space in bewteen going to, being at and coming back from work.
‘HYGGE?’ was recorded on the cusp of a nationwide government enforced lockdown in the UK, due to the COVID-19 outbreak. With a main focus on assessing the disruption of isolation, we also chat about transforming physical locations through sense of smell, the power of scheduling and the importance of snacks - exploring the concept of hygge.
