I grew the brand strategy through full ownership of forecasting for a fully sustainable CSR brand targeting 18-30-year-olds. I undertook insight driven research from conversations with the target audience, forming our strategic vision and awareness, unlocking creative opportunities and devising brand positioning. Through this i designed an ethical range, developing a share-growth-oriented plan that seized opportunities in NPD innovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities and customer/channel specific needs. This project shows my research, designs and campaign implementation.
