Farfetch Communities

I helped oversee Farfetch’s content, creative and production teams, as we launched its new Communities content strategy. Balancing internal/external schedules and client expectations, we not only implemented a new brand identity, tone of voice and CMS, but also moved from weekly to daily content, creating story franchises that put the site’s global online community at the forefront of its editorials.
