Hostmaker Brand Evolution III - A pigeon that cares

In Hostmaker, we work with people for people, and that's what we aim to transmit across all brand touchpoints. We love what we do, and make sure everyone in the team feels valued, respected and important. That’s why we invested in the creation of the employee brand and value proposition - one of our most important stakeholders, our people.

Wanting to stay loyal to our origins, we kept our pigeon as the main employee identity element, but upgrading its design and creating Sir. Bob - the people’s pigeon. We make it available in different shapes, colours, and accessories, so employees could easily create and customise their own “Sir. Bob” avatar.
We refreshed our palette, energizing our brand and adding other happy nuances so it’s still easily recognisable as part of Hostmaker brand.
Went communicating externally - recruiting site, social media and other external recruitment sources - we align the employer brand with the overall company brand - to ensure a holistic branding approach.
