INSIDER JOURNEYS - WEBSITE RE-DESIGN

Insider Journeys (formerly Travel Indochina) have been helping travellers discover the real Asia, since 1993. As part of a team working on updating the Insider Journeys website, we were challenged to rationalise a sprawling page-heavy site. Together with a revitalised design that would result in a more media-rich, coffee-table experience to entice the user onto one of their tours. We developed user personas, re-mapped the user journey, eliminated dead-ends and created a more consistent UX across all Insider Journey products. After wireframe user-testing, we created interactive hi-fi wireframes before handing the project designs over to the client's development team.
