Over thirty women joined thy.self on 15th January 2019, in toasting to the new year with #NEWYEARSAMEME Concept: We all know how daunting planning New Year's resolutions can be, how much pressure we put on ourselves to change who we are and how these 'goals' very rarely work. For thy.self's #NEWYEARSAMEME event, we delivered an alternative writing workshop revolutionising New Year's resolutions. We will discuss why the #newyearsameme initiative in January is so important to us as a community and discover what we appreciate about ourselves and each other. THIS is how we will make 2019 a GREAT YEAR!
