PALAVA - AW21 Homeware

After joining the PALAVA team in May 2021, I successfully launched the new Homeware division within 6 months, planning and facilitating all development, sampling and production. The collection uses the brand’s signature hand-drawn prints on natural-based fabrics. I managed the full production process; working directly with factories and holding responsibility for sourcing, fabric allocation, quantities and timelines. The collection started with simple pieces that are easy to repeat each season; Kitchenware, Cushions, Comforters and Lampshades.
