Samsung Galaxy Watch VR Ride is a branded in-store installation that immerse consumers into the features of Galaxy Watch. Designed to support the launch and promote the watch.Installation included VR, positional 3D sound, Wattbike, PC, networking kit and Samsung Gear watch. The experience was a stylised and narrated ride through the 3D scenes that highlight watch attributes as consumers pedal through each scene. Each landscape represented a use case for the key features of the watch. The further consumers cycle the more they learn about the product as they pass through hotspots to reveal new information and trigger events. Data - such as speed and heart rate - generated by consumers during the ride was fed back into their experience in real time. The experience was run on PC and streamed through the Riftcat to Samsung phone.
