Smart Energy GB - Behavioural Change Campaign

For my dissertation, I worked with advertising/marketing agency AMV BBDO to develop a behavioural change campaign for the Smart Energy GB, smart meter rollout. I began by conducting market research into the energy sector to gauge customer attitudes toward energy suppliers and smart meters in order to identify commercial opportunities, ensure ROI and meet the marketing objectives set out by the client.
