Over my 6yr tenure I was responsible for managing, mentoring, growning and developing the entire art department staff (the design team, photo-studio and picture desk) overeeing department running costs and budget. I looked after every aspect of the weekly publication, producing over 300 weekly covers and a number of re-designs.
