VISA / FIFA - WORLD CUP 2018, RUSSIA

For Visa's Client programme, we took over the Tchaikovsky Ballroom at the Four Seasons hotel in Moscow to host a one week hospitality. During the week, VISA invited their most prestigious clients and partners, and gave them the opportunity to see the semi-final and final of the football World Cup, but also to experience Russia, its culture and taste. My role during this programme was Project Manager. We completed a full overlay of the function space, the conjoining room, as well as creating a custom conference suite. All spaces had full audio and video capabilities added in. On arrival guests were welcomed with a 8m wide wall which featured the Visa dynamic flag. This would follow the guests movements from the entrance, up to the reception desk. The hospitality space featured a full size performance stage, conjoining room had a full wall sized screen for matches and the conference space featured a custom built stage and lectern.
