Accountable for a significant budget, I was the main point of contact for multiple clients. I created scope of work contracts with clients and vendors, negotiated legal documentation in line with UK and Japanese law and managed market suppliers in Tokyo, utilising Japanese translators as needed. I managed initial Olympic activations for Atos Technology Operations Centre, creating opportunity to showcase the Games for over 900 employees and guests. Additionally, I oversaw creative process to enhance clients’ brands, working with them to maximise use of available budget while increasing guest engagement

I managed on-site productions, load-in to load-out, managed clients and guest facing personnel on-site. I was accountable for budgets while maintaining regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding timelines, priorities, and workshops. My role frequently necessitated site visits in various countries. I researched accommodation, travel and leisure activities in Paris and Lyon for Visa’s Women’s World Cup 2019 hospitality program.
I notably worked with immersive VR and AR technologies while assisting in development of programs running on Microsoft HoloLens at the Russia 2018 World Cup, on behalf of VISA.
My key contributions and achievements included:
✰ I produced top class hospitality environment and immersive augmented reality (AR) activations in three hotels for VISA at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The AR game, partnered with Zlatan Ibrahimović, had footfall of over 2000 guests across 32 days. Custom built body scanner enabled guests to create an avatar for insertion into game.
✰ I gained strong insight into technology integration when liaising and contracting with stakeholders such as workshop vendors and technology suppliers while working in the US.
✰ I successfully managed suppliers and staffing schedules for VISA at 2018 Russia World Cup, France 2019 Womens World Cup, CityLab in Detroit, and Bloomberg Philanthropies in London.
✰ Account lead on major event for Bloomberg Philanthropies at London head office. Event attracted 500 guests comprising world leaders, A-list celebrities, and leading climate change activists. Successfully managed event compelled client to re-engage Shiraz for a re-run the following year.
