Hi! I'm Abbie - lovely to meet you!
I'm a passionate and eager graduate who's just finished a Bachelor of Business degree at Queensland University of Technology, where I completed my studies with Distinctions.
I have just moved to London from Brisbane, Australia and am now on the hunt for my first full time position! Prior to moving, I was employed at Kmart Australia for over 5 years where I undertook multiple roles including the Self-Serve Team Leader, Service Desk Team Member and Online Shopping Team Member.
As well as my university studies and employment, I recently thrived in internships at Khemistry and Digital Glare. These experiences have provided foundations for a fruitful career in Advertising and further fuelled my passion to work within the industry. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, photography and investigating my family history. My favourite place that I have visited so far is London, although this was almost succeeded by New Zealand!

- Dreamworld CampaignIn the capstone unit of my Advertising major, myself and 9 other group members were required to create an advertising campaign targeted towards Millennials for a theme park in Australia called Dreamworld. The challenge with this task came from the fact that Dreamworld had recently suffered a tragic accident and subsequent PR disaster. Our solution was to create a festival where the target audience could escape and enjoy themselves within Dreamworld's multi-dimensional facilities. This festival

This internship gave me useful insights into the dynamics of small agencies and social media advertising.
