Responsible for developing and implementing the eCRM strategy for Collect+, the UK's largest store-based parcel service. In this role I oversaw all aspects of the brand's Email Marketing programme from email design and copywriting to reporting and analytics
I managed Collect+'s social and online channels (primarily Twitter and Instagram) and Wordpress blog, including copywriting, development of its social marketing strategy and the running of targeted advertising campaigns.
I worked with brand partners Microsoft (Skype) and Premier Foods (Mr Kipling) to create and deliver social content on X Factor series 11. The role involved working backstage at the studio during the live TV broadcasts and responding quickly to events as they unfolded, live tweeting to an audience of over 7 million. During this role I produced a series of live Skype interviews with key talent from the show, devised and implemented a programme of branded Twitter and Facebook content, and produced a promotional Christmas video featuring the X Factor finalists.
Working across several Nike UK social channels, including: Nike Running UK, Nike FuelBand, Nike Women and Nike Store Europe, I gained experience of representing a major global brand at one of its key customer touch points. Adopting Nike's distinctive tone of voice and strategy, I supported the 2014 relaunch of the Just Do It campaign, working on projects including Move1, We Own the Night and Chasing Summer.
