We believe that swimming can be a key to retaining good mental and physical health whilst raising children yet it’s very difficult or impossible for many mums to do without support.
For many mums living in the UK, this support isn’t available, and it’s about time it was made easier for mums to swim regardless of their family and financial set-up.
We aim to ease some of the barriers that are stopping mums from swimming and encourage all mums to take some time for themselves.
