I’m a graphic designer from Dublin based in London. I have over 5 years experience working both in studios and freelance, with a varied career working with large scale print & digital projects, both solo and as part of a team. Creating a brand identity that communicates the kinetic ethos of the company. Developing advertising and marketing campaigns from initial concepts through to company launch. Liaising with the web developer in the creation of a visually cohesive website. Ensuring consistency of brand message across multi-site platforms. Designing contemporary printed jerseys for GAA, Soccer and Rugby generating excellent customer sales. Involved in the development of garments. Choosing fabric qualities and measuring garments to ensure size consistency. Showed initiative by proposing a campaign highlighting local players with physical disabilities, further promoting the brand’s “defiant” ethos.
Researching contemporary menswear fashion trends. Liaising with Creative Director when designing brand and merchandising concepts. Ensuring consistency across multiple print and digital platforms. Producing store posters, postcards, stickers, photography backdrops, website banners and social media content. Working closely with print technicians to ensure that all the above are delivered on schedule. Collaborating with Creative Director for presentation pitch to shareholders for new brand. Compiling market research, visualising brands ethos and illustrating data to fit with existing brand guidelines.
Developed concepts, visual identity, POS items and signage for major Irish and UK clients including Naturalife, GoHop.ie and Drogheda United. Using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to produce distinctive graphics with attention to detail. Created the first edition book cover ‘Trending’, now available on Amazon
Using Adobe Creative Suite, designed posters, brochures, product packaging, shelf labels, promotional items and wall graphics, based on market research and company guidelines. Prepared visualisations of artwork and in-house graphics for client sales meetings. Managed time efficiently through prioritisation of office tasks and general studio work.
