About me
I'm a freelance editor, proofreader, social media manager and writer from Dublin.
Due to my background as a self-publisher, I've learned a lot of the skills needed in order to do this independently– hence the long list of titles. Most of my clients are artists who need me to review and edit functional documents or run their social media accounts, but I am open to everything. A lot of my work is very admin heavy too.
I prefer to work on a freelance basis, but am also open to collaboration or contract/remote work!
I also do typesetting, layout and illustration and would love to get some paid work in this area :)
Also hoping to write a book in the next few years, though it's very slow starting so I am looking for a mentor. Feel free to message me!
Projects
- Ongoing Adobe PortfolioWhile I was doing my publishing masters, even though my main focus was to learn the trade and build experience as an editor and self-publisher, I realised I had a knack for and really enjoyed making graphics and using Adobe Suite. Master of ArtsKingston University

I have recently graduated from a Masters in Publishing at Kingston University. During my year at Kingston, I was immersed in an intensive rundown of all aspects of the publishing industry including live editorial projects, professional placement, business model analysis and professional self-reflection.
I also attended a Writer's Workshop where I was able to develop my own distinct writing voice more fully.
I started this course with the intention of developing my small zine press I co-founded in 2016. For my final project I developed a business plan, marketing strategy and brand identity for the press while also project managing our first title under the new branding.
During the course of the year I also realized I wanted to pursue a career as a non-fiction editor, specifically within Food & Drink, Art and Sustainability categories. This is thanks to my time spent in the editorial department at a major non-fiction house.
