About me
Akama is one of the best talents in the media industry today. Akama has had a meteoric rise since he joined AOL in September 2013 as an Account Manager. He was promoted to Key Account Manager in April 2015, Programmatic Lead April 2016 and earlier this year was promoted to Head of Brand Performance in February 2017. Outside AOL Akama has also founded Stripes - an organisation whose mission is to create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds, across the media industry. Through Akama's guidance Stripes have had great success to date, which is set to continue.

    StripesCo-founder of Stripes. Run & delivered sessions in consecutive Media Trust Insight Days. Support the Breck Foundation in delivering online safety courses to over 200 schools in London.

    OathGlobal Lead for the Multicultural Employees Resource Group. Elected at EMEA a Platforms Lead for Oath Navigators  designed to lead the integration of Microsoft, Millennial Media Yahoo and AOL out for 12,000+ employees. Gave Keynote speech at Artias Retargeting Marketing Summit.
