A senior strategist with 8+ years experience in the industry working both client and agency side. In that time I've worked with brands such Red Bull, Barclays, BBC, Warner Music, EE, Unilever, Childline, Tango, Starbucks, Nando's and Barbie. Working with agencies including Dare, Adjust Your Set, Oliver and most recently Livity. Covering many strategic disciplines in these roles including brand strategy, content strategy, comms strategy and design thinking. Lead Strategist on brands including Nominet, Red Bull and the BBC. Working on developing the strategy offering that the agency offers as well as working to blend the process between the strategy and creative teams. My responsibilities have included: ● Being the lead strategist and key client contact across multiple accounts ● Designing and running focus groups and co-creation sessions ● Involved in creating the agencies approach to strategy ● Working collaboratively with the creative team, including creative ideation ● Mentoring of young people who come through Livity’s doors. Working at group level for Oliver, across Oliver Agency, DARE, and Adjust Your Set. Working as the lead strategist on the Starbucks and EE accounts as well as on a project basis for the likes of Weetabix, Axa, KPMG and Unilever. Winning new business accounts for Nando’s, Weetabix and Tiger Balm. In this time I worked with multiple clients across service and experience design projects using Dare’s experience design methodology. Some of my achievements in this role ● Created a new brand positioning and digital strategy for Seattle’s Best Coffee UK, which will allow them to stand out in the coffee market ● Created a content strategy for EE and trained their 50 strong team. ● Lead strategist on winning pitch for all Nando’s brand work.
My main client in this role was Britvic Soft Drinks, as well as working extensively within the strategy team at Oliver Agency. This role meant creating content strategies for multiple Britvic brands, including Tango and Robinsons. It also involved me working on-site with the client, being the client’s main agency contact day to day alongside the account team.
I was part of the Livity team to win the Grand Prix award at BIMA 17. The first time the award was ever given to an agency as a whole rather than a single campaign.
