I am digital designer with a particular interest in motion design, illustration and branding. I have a range of experience which includes doing freelance design work for clients such as BBC broadcaster Jim Al-Khalili and film production company Third Iris Films. I also have agency experience doing internships with Sky's Creative department and Illustration Agency, Advocate Art.
Currently I am undertaking freelance work. I am also looking for new opportunities whether it be freelance work or entry level design positions. If you have a project or role in mind, or any other query, please feel free to get in touch.
Projects
- The Ghost at Brooklands MuseumConcept and Brief I designed the cover for the fiction “The Ghost at Brooklands Museum” which is a novel primarily aimed at an audience of children between the ages of 9-12 and young families. The novel (written by Mark Richardson) is based on Brooklands' motoring and aviation history. The museum has also had many ghostly sightings which have been reported over several years and in part inspired the novel. For the novel’s cover design Mark wanted to reflect a scene in the book where the main c
- KOASKOAS (Kingston Altitude Orbit Satellite) is an new organisation that work in collaboration with Aerospace firm Airbus, on satellite projects in the UK. KOAS commissioned me to design their branding and Mission Patch for the satellite project they where working on. I designed a mission patch and logo that reflected the idea of the satellite orbiting the earth to calculate the earth’s altitude. I also thought it would be interesting to bring the mission patch and logo to life, by creating animated
- Fantastic Beasts Design CompetitionThe design is a competition entry for a Talenthouse competition to design visuals promoting Fantastic Beast’s latest film “Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald.” The poster design was inspired by the colorful wands and magic that feature in the trailer of the film and also the film’s footage of the main actors.
- F1 PostersThis is a self insinuated project illustrating classic Formula 1 locations, drivers and racing teams, which I put on my own social media accounts such as instagram and twitter to promote my creative and design work. I gave the the posters a classic style being inspirited by the iconic racing posters of the 1930’s and 1950s. I also thought carefully about the colours schemes for example using Senna’s helmet colours as the backdrop of the posters/designs of his black Lotus F1 car.
- Third Iris Films Re-BrandConcept/Brief This is a re- brand project for Third iris Films. The idea was to keep the concept of the camera viewfinder brackets from the original design (which also features on this website). However, I wanted to give the brand a more contemporary feel, for example through the colour and typography. The brand also features 3 dots, which represents the 3 elements to the Third Iris Films name. I also wanted to incorporate motion into the design through Gifs and motion graphics. I incorporated
