About me
I graduated in Fashion Marketing and Promotion and since then I have been involved in several projects where my communications and organisational skills have been admired. I am currently seeking to relaunch my marketing career after working in reservations management for the past few years in a high end, fast-paced restaurant in central London. The diversity of my employment experience has made me a rounded individual with a creative mind, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude. I would like to further develop my skills within a company where growth and progression is possible. I am currently studying online for a diploma in Interior Design and also in Digital Marketing.

    As part of the creative team, I undertake the following tasks: - Co-ordinating, writing up and designing customer-facing collateral across the Hawksmoor and Hawksmoor at Home brands for digital and printed. - Post-production editing to deliver quality images on time for the marketing team. - Creative direction and assistance in photoshoots from concept to delivery. Including food and props styling. - Procurement and design of packaging, furniture and accessories, ensuring the sustainability credentials.

    As head of the department, I managed a team of up to 10 members on-site at the Hawksmoor flagship of 235 seats. In a fast-paced environment, I organise the running of the department which includes the management of all booking systems, customer communication including feedback responses and analysis as well as development and training of the team members and other departments. Along with the marketing team and directors, we make recommendations concerning offers, website changes, social media, promotions and menu changes during meetings and regular reporting. As reservations manager, I also help run the floor as maitre d' which is one the most stressful jobs I ever had as to being able to balance between business needs and customer satisfaction.

I chose to specialise in the research of sustainable practices across the fashion industry and my dissertation topic read the following title: How can fashion reduce waste? An analysis of UK retailers' initiatives towards closed-loop and its influence on consumer behaviour.
