About me
I am a Graphic Designer that works within fashion, product & events. My main role is founder of 4bysix where I create product which funds projects for the young and homeless. My most recent campaign was a kickstarter project that had a target of £15,000 in 30 days. The Kickstarter project was to raise enough money to sell tracksuits and t-shirts whilst delivering 500 sleeping bags to the homeless over winter. I lead a team of 16 people to successfully reach our goal, heading up product development, marketing strategy, visuals and a product launch at Axel Arigato. During this event I managed to secure features in Notion Magazine, Hunger Magazine and Pause Magazine. http://notionmagazine.com/4bysix-axel-arigato-team-tracksuit-tackle-homelessness/ http://www.hungertv.com/feature/axel-arigato-and-4bysix-join-up-for-homelessness-cause/ http://pausemag.co.uk/2017/11/done-something-good-4-a-change-aims-to-tackle-youth-homlessness/ I am a graduate of Virgil Abloh’s Streetwear: Mastered course which covered subjects such as; brand DNA and creative direction, market positioning, creative strategy, doing pop-ups right, scoring with retailers to name a few. This has given me a strong insight in how to market a product and brand effectively.

  • 4bysix Emergency Blanket
4bysix Emergency BlanketThe 4BYSIX Emergency Blanket was introduced when the temperatures dropped below zero in London last year. They retain 90% of body heat and are small and easy to store. They are useful for anybody on the streets to hold on to. We include the blankets in every order for our customers to hand on when they see someone who might need it.
  • 4bysix x New Horizon Youth Centre
4bysix x New Horizon Youth Centre4BYSIX has partnered with the New Horizon Youth Centre, the centre really resonated with us when we visited and met some of the people they help. The New Horizon Youth Centre see around 2000 homeless between the age of 16 and 21 each year. In 2018 we are teaming with New Horizon to offer training courses and seminars for anybody who is young and homeless.
  • 4bysix: DONE SOMETHING GOOD 4 A CHANGE
4bysix: DONE SOMETHING GOOD 4 A CHANGEAt the end of 2017 we ran a kickstarter campaign called 'DONE SOMETHING GOOD 4 A CHANGE'. We rewarded pledgers with tracksuits and t-shirts to raise the money to pay for 500 sleeping bags for homeless people in London. This was the foundation of all of our projects, hitting our target really did kickstart our journey to ending youth homelessness.

  • Field Of Ponies POP-UP shop & exhibition - London
Field Of Ponies POP-UP shop & exhibition - LondonPresented with the task of creating promotional content for a week long POP UP & exhibition. FIELD of PONIES is an independent London based label, which embodies a post-apocalyptic take on fashion. The brand uses current street wear trends to distort our reality and project an aesthetic that is both twisted and humorous. FIELD of PONIES is designed and made almost entirely by hand by Julie Bérubé. FIELD of PONIES' commitment to reduce waste is to produce items one by one when orders come in. This prevents the accumulation of unsold stock and the problem of textiles in landfills. We use organic materials when possible, which now amounts to around 80% of the production. We buy small quantities of fabrics and make sure it it used all up by reusing them over several collections. Nothing is wasted thus  pushing us to be even more creative by inventing new ways to reusing the same materials. Some products are made in small numbers by local factories. Everything is produced to the highest quality. Now you can do your part by wearing these clothes for many years and looking after them by washing them in cold short wash cycles, and use bio detergent.
