Working outside the realms of the search engine and job posting sites, I explore opportunities where you might least expect.

I joined the agency as Head of Content with a brief to extend internal production capabilities for the agency. My focus was on creative quality as well as structuring financial efficiencies for clients.
I concentrated on offering creatives a credible internal resource for production to complement not compete with external offerings . Also working with business directors to craft the deliverables and prices that were attractive to clients.
I reconstructed financial systems and tightened administration for the department - newly named Inside Job. This enabled instant analysis of different areas for growth and streamlined comms regarding the department within the london agency plus also the wider Publicis Groupe.
Under my leadership we were able to drive revenue for the agency reaching our yearly target in just 3 months. This rapid growth enabled team growth from 6 x Production and editing staff , to 25 to satisfy in excess of 200 productions in 1 year.
Our department's claim that internal production does not have to be cheap,quick and rough - it could also be creatively ambitious and financially efficient for clients- repeatedly upheld.
A landmark production was the creatively and technologically ambitious Direct Line "Fleetlights" a 360 project harnessing film/technology development project / experiential Brand activation. All developed, created and serviced internally via Inside Job. This went on to win silver at Cannes Lions 2017.
The internal production offering is now a fully integrated creative production Hub, enabling business leaders and creatives alike to " get things made" in a fully integrated way.
I was integral to establishing a pro active, internal production response to the widest spectrum of briefs.
I hired and fostered in-house directors, producers and editors, as well as harnessing my extensive network of freelance directors as editors from across the globe.
