    1. Designed and executed the global annual & seasonal cross-functional strategic marketing planning process. Aligning global marketing functions priorities, objectives and strategies to one integrated brand strategy and budget. Increasing team flexibility, collaboration and speed of execution. 2. In charge of communicating plans and collaborating closely with regional and market teams to ensure consistent execution of the brand strategy and campaigns globally. 3. Successfully created the global creative brand brief digital intake, assignment and resourcing process. It was adopted across the marketing team, internal comms and sales teams to allow us to capture all brand design work requirements, plan resources efficiently and deliver brand content on time. 4. Played a key role in the implementation of Sonos enterprise creative operations systems framework including centralisation of all localisation work globally and across all marketing channels, an internal brand asset management system, financial dashboard and analysis tools for budget management to support marketing plan execution and leadership decision making. Within a year we were producing and tracking internally 2M$ worth of marketing materials and local adaptations. 5. Senior integrated marketing planner on all strategic marketing partnerships with Sonos platform service providers: Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Spotify, Apple Music, and many more. Successfully launching new platform services such as Google Assistant in 18 markets and languages worldwide.

Driving the bi-yearly brand planning process in the region, setting clear priorities, objectives and strategies to drive maximum earned media impact for the brand in the region while keeping the flexibility for the markets to execute hyper locally. EMEA integrated marketing manager for the launch of the Sonos London and Berlin pop-up retail experiences, Sonos One and Apple Homepod reactive marketing campaigns where we saw a ~80% uplift above baseline sales in all markets executed and the regional launch plans for all voice assistant software products on the Sonos Platform across EMEA: Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
