Having received a first in Media Communications at London College of Communication (UAL), I would love to put what I have learnt to work. Media production is one of the most powerful and necessary forms of content out there today. I am confident that my experiences in content creation will allow me to bring organisation and collaboration to any creative team.

- The Cinema MuseumFor a university project, we were asked to create an “emotional response” to our time at the Cinema Museum in South London. The video was to be used in a campaign that was working to raise awareness and funding to keep the museum going. My team and I found most intrigue in the piano in the big hall. Music is so vital in cinema as it takes you on an emotional journey without forcing your hand. Our video was made to do this whilst also using a poem I wrote to tell a story. The music was composed b
- Share the Meal (WFP)In a client project I did in Copenhagen, we needed to create a short video showcasing a new app for The World Food Programme. The video needed to be to the point and educational. We kept it as simple as we could but also aesthetically pleasing. The project taught me about the dynamics of client work and also team collaboration.
- Longterm UnemploymentDuring a 5 months exchange programme in Copenhagen, I paired up with two Danish students to complete a project that explored long term unemployment solutions in Denmark. The experience was incredible because I had to learn Danish techniques of documentary film making whilst also trying to remain as hands on and involved as I could despite a slight language barrier. Working alongside two extremely kind and talented Danish students was eye opening and rewarding.

During the three year course at LCC, I learnt the importance of collaboration in a creative environment. Completing many projects whilst also working on personal essay assignments helped me understand work management and prioritisation. Receiving First Class Honours in this course felt well deserved as I consistently pushed myself and met every challenge our tutors set for us.
