Compiling all relevant product information: care instructions, material compounds and copy. Create and upload all product on the CMS in line with Key Story launch dates and ensuring all accompanying assets are correct and complete. Adding keywords for SEO purposes. - Varied skill set offering the ability to assist with: graphic design and HTML/CSS coding for homepage, blog and email / providing copy for both social and email / Product and blog photography, styling and retouch: model and mannequin shots - in the absence of relevant teams. - Assisting at the eCommerce buy: giving feedback on product from previous seasons.

Coordinate and manage the studio; building relations and liaising with models/agents, freelance photographers, stylists, retouchers and copywriters ensuring fast turn around, in budget, from allocation to publication. Accountable for all stock transferred in/out of Studio: creating and developing transfer procedure and regular stock take. Preparation of Shoot Lists, recording all product details including fabrication, worn with, measuring and size/fit. Responsible for signing off all imagery on shoot, ensuring high standards are maintained - collating all retouch notes. Creating integration files to upload into the CMS and publishing product. Managing the image server - tracking progress and monitoring KPIs via Google Analytics. Organising Casting Calls and shortlisting.   • I worked at Urban Outfitters from 2011 - 2014 over two stores: Bath, Somerset and Guildford, Surrey. From 2011 - 2013 I worked part-time alongside my University studies. In September 2013 I moved to the Guildford Store as Deputy Department Manager.
