Through practical experience from acquiring and managing my own
portfolio of over 15 clients I have learned how to listen to my clients,
how to liaise with my clients, how to strategize for their specific
business needs, how to maintain a healthy business relationship and
how creatively approach daily social media management, influencer
marketing and advertising campaigns in order to keep their audiences
happy, engaged and hungry for more.
By completing my research paper at UCL into brand-consumer
engagement for Generation Z and Millennials on Facebook and
Instagram, I have learned how to thoroughly (and with a fresh
perspective) research themes I believed I knew by heart. I have learned
how to critically judge situations, to be patient, to be infinitely curious,
to listen to my respondents and to scratch the surface in order to find
substance.
Projects
- Business Competitions with UCLBeing asked the question “How can the spectator experience be improved at the Rio Olympic Games through technology?”, we thought about creating an app called Road2Rio that has as its’ core functionality a mapping service – similar to Google Maps, but applied on the Olympic Park, so that the spectator knows how much it will take to go from A to B, how busy the road is and this way the spectator never loses part of the experience that has already been paid for - because of queueing or traffic.
