As a Membership and Events Executive with a passion for creative marketing, data management, and event coordination, I thrive in dynamic environments where innovation and attention to detail are key. Currently working at the Booksellers Association, I leverage my expertise in CRM systems, social media management, and email marketing to support membership growth and deliver engaging events that resonate with audiences.
With a background that spans across publishing, technology, and event management, I’ve honed my ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and implement creative solutions to complex challenges. I bring experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Canva, SurveyMonkey, and Mailchimp, alongside proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, to create compelling content, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences.
Beyond my current role, my previous experiences—from mentoring at Penguin Random House to delivering high-profile events at Historic Royal Palaces—have given me a solid foundation in content creation, marketing strategy, and relationship-building with both clients and stakeholders. I’m also passionate about learning and have pursued academic and professional development opportunities, including courses on digital marketing and internships in publishing and consulting.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue growing my skill set in event management, marketing, and creative projects, all while contributing to the success of forward-thinking teams.
