As a part of the Nexus Interactive Arts team, I worked on projects across web, mobile, augmented reality, animation and installations. Responsibilities included scoping, production briefings, scheduling, budgeting and legal documents. I delivered a number of projects to receive awards including a Webby, IDEA Award and FWA of the Day for clients including Google, IBM, Snapchat, Warner Brothers and The Barbican.
As the in-house producer I worked on installations, event shows, web projects and apps. My responsibilities included client handling, scoping, budgeting, scheduling and accounting. I strengthened the financial operations of the business by implementing improved accounting and budgeting systems and supported a doubling of annual turnover over the course of 3 years.
