Each piece of either fiction or non-ficton text has been carelful researched, edited and arranged to reflect the forest. • Customer service/sales role
• Providing welcoming and helpful advice and services to guests of the University, answering questions and providing tours of the campus and specific course areas.
• Assisting running creative workshops at the University for the Creative Arts, but also Surrey University, with children aged 13-18.
• Assisting teachers with trips away with children to events in London for the National Saturday Club.
• Working in both large and small teams, delegating roles and managing/training new staff members in tours and other specifics of the ambassador job.
• Admin and office work experience which includes: answering emails, stuffing envelopes, sending out mail outs and handwritten cards, organizing events, researching for events, and general organizing for the office or for specific tasks.
• Telecoms: answering and making telephone calls.
• Sufficient knowledge using Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets of timetables, and for keeping track of data.
• Compiling goody-bags for students, teachers, applicants and visitors.
• Providing creative and general feedback in focus groups on branding and management of how the university is presented on Open Days etc.

National Saturday Club - Student AmbassadorNational Saturday Club
Student Helper for young people around the country are spending Saturday mornings at their local university, college or museum discovering subjects they love. Saturday Clubs are open to 13–16 year olds and free to attend. Joining the National Saturday Club is a chance to meet exceptional people, learn new skills and find out more about further education and rewarding careers.
