Working in Production for over 13 years, l have a passion for making ideas come to life and challenging the norm. Thinking outside the box, working under pressure, along with small to large budgets and managing a team are all things l love to do. Understanding the needs of all platforms of communication with the target audience and the most effective ways of shooting this. Outside of work l'm a keen athlete, junior triathlon lead coach and enthusiastic outdoor person.
Current roles responsibilities include • Reporting to the Head of Creative, responsible for managing & mentoring the Creative Producers, Assistants, Creative Video team, Creative Photographers, Creative Retouchers, Senior Creative Casting by conducting, bi-monthly one to ones, appraisals and overseeing their development. • Assisting in the commissioning and sourcing of shoot teams (photographers, directors, hair & make-up artists, assistants that fit the ASOS aesthetic) • Producing stills and moving assets for unisex shoot content including; homepage, commercial, campaign advertising, magazine, Press and social. • Managing external agencies when Brand Campaign Moments and Higher Elevated Product Moments to ensure that it stays with budget and correct amount of assets are captured. • Updating and managing up to stakeholders of campaign moments to ensure they’re kept in the loop. • Working with and managing up to Heads of department from Brand Marketing, Social and Creative in weekly emails and meetings. • Overall management and organisation of the annual Creative budget in accordance with the planning process, in weekly & Monthly meetings with Finance. • Signing off Po’s and costings. • Scouting and sourcing global shoot locations, teams and props • Negotiating rates and contracts. Working with the legal team in this. • Briefing photographers and stylists confidently – explaining shoot ideas/concepts (as set out by the Head of Creative and the content team)
Managing the team and working closely with the Fashion Director to plan the years photoshoots. • Producing and commissioning the teams for each shoot • Overall management and organisation of the annual budget in accordance with the planning process. Signing off Po’s and costings. • Scouting and sourcing global shoot locations, teams and props
• Management and growth of models from new faces to established. • Workings with brands such as Calvin Klein, Burberry and Vogue to help source the correct models for campaign and shoots. • Negotiation of all contracts and fees
