I'm Amelia, a freelance graphic designer from London with over 8 years experience in branding. In my last full-time role, I was part of a brilliant strategic design agency. We won awards and we created great things for good people: from strategy, to delivery and all the details in between.
Part of my job was to support and motivate a team of eight designers. I also ran workshops, wrote creative briefs, presented internationally and worked to keep a buzz of brave ideas flowing around the studio. I was very hands on from start to finish.
I love to work with brave clients who aren't afraid to believe in new ideas and tell stories that will challenge attitudes and change minds. I also have excellent skills in the Adobe suite, as well as being a good photographer and illustrator. Coming from a background of small but agile agencies, I'm adept at a range of design skills - from all singing annual reports, to magazine-based campaigns, to digital applications of brands. I like to get stuck in to the real detail of a project, so I'm there at concept stage, to managing development, to delivering of the final solutions.
Not a lot phases me and I'm not afraid to ask those difficult questions to get the most out of a brief.
