Amelia is a curious and collaborative product and industrial designer based in London and motivated by environmental and socio-political issues wherein she believes design can bring about change. She enjoys pursuing complex projects, informing herself with primary, human-centred, ethnographic research and design processes to produce both provocative and practical solutions. She has 1 year of experience living and working in Hong Kong for Innermost Lighting and further years working as an industrial designer with clients such as Recipe design in London. After studying an Art Foundation in Bucks New Uni, she then went on to graduate with a BA in Product and Industrial Design from Central St. Martins, where she was nominated for the Mullenlowe Group NOVA Fresh Creative Talent award by her tutors.

Projects
- Future of Female LeadershipThe Future of Female Leadership issue seeks to educate the reader on the power of female leaders and a more gender balanced team. Whilst keeping in line with the brand’s signature style, we were asked to deliver an exciting and fresh design. I produced these pages, the info graphics double page spread and the front cover, using Adobe Illustrator.
- CarrieA wearable pocket for storing tampons and sanitary pads, designed to be worn discreetly and underneath clothes. As well as storing these period products more hygienically than current options, Carrie is designed to reveal the products both where and when they are needed. Many women in male dominated professions feel their uniform and PPE do not serve them as well as they do men, which, amongst other things, fuels imposter syndrome.
