    HAVAIANAS LAB - CONCEPT STOREHow to connect the most iconic Brazilian brand with the younger generation? Insight: A responsive store categorized by mood boards based on people's demands. The outcome is a laboratory that goes beyond a simple store. It works as a learning center for the brand and its customers. The place is flexible and can be changed at all times while enhancing the brand's values. Applied techniques from Place Branding, Experiential Marketing, Retail Design. • Featured projects. Created the strategic concept of Mizuno's first flagship, and the repositioned Havaianas stores internationally. For public spaces, we invented something unique to São Paulo subway, creating spaces for coworking and rest inside the facilities. Besides that, we designed a better experience for travellers in the new wing of Congonhas, São Paulo airport.
