She’s re-built high performance teams from scratch, scaled capabilities to new markets and regions and partnered with clients to realize their digital innovation and transformation initiatives across automotive, healthcare, hospitality, consumer goods and financial services. She excels at C-suite relationships, business development, and agency operations. Despite her tenure at an executive level, Andrea is an entrepreneurial spirit who pushes the boundaries and is equally comfortable in small start-ups and large matrix organizations, still very driven by the hands-on experience of working with surrounding teams to deliver award-winning and effective work.
