As Social Media Assistant in charge of menswear and food, I am responsible for creating, scheduling and posting all organic and paid content in my categories across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Pinterest and Snapchat. My responsibilities included:
• Identified opportunities for editorial content to be promoted with paid advertising and created the sponsored posts
• Work closely with the design team for any campaign launches and big launches, briefing in any assets that needed creating across all platforms and feeding back on any opportunities
• Working with the marketing and buying teams ahead of major brand launches to communicate our plans with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring we had everything we needed
• Covering in-store events and fashion weeks, using a mixture of Snapchat, Instagram Stories, Facebook Live and Periscope where appropriate - I was given full freedom to capture the content I needed and would work closely with the PR and Events teams whenever the events needed content from any VIPs or influencers
