    • In my role in the Orlebar Brown marketing department, I undertook the following duties: • Creating a content calendar for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram • Develop a new creative outlook for our social media channels to innovate our content and elevate it above our competitors • Work with the photography and creative teams to brief and assist with seasonal campaign shoots and other photoshoots • Plan, execute and report on both seasonal campaigns and collaborations, working with the rest of the marketing department to ensure that we were aligned and help external partners with their content and plans for launch • Work with influencers and friends of the brand, gifting them product and keeping them informed of any new launches, in return for partnered content with them

    • As Social Media Assistant in charge of menswear and food, I am responsible for creating, scheduling and posting all organic and paid content in my categories across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, Pinterest and Snapchat. My responsibilities included: • Identified opportunities for editorial content to be promoted with paid advertising and created the sponsored posts • Work closely with the design team for any campaign launches and big launches, briefing in any assets that needed creating across all platforms and feeding back on any opportunities • Working with the marketing and buying teams ahead of major brand launches to communicate our plans with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring we had everything we needed • Covering in-store events and fashion weeks, using a mixture of Snapchat, Instagram Stories, Facebook Live and Periscope where appropriate - I was given full freedom to capture the content I needed and would work closely with the PR and Events teams whenever the events needed content from any VIPs or influencers

    • In March 2014, I relocated to Dublin to work at the department store Brown Thomas in the Marketing Department. I was part of the social media team. I delivered the following during my time: • I created content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest by taking pictures and sourcing imagery from other sources to use on all channels and creating the copy • During my time in the social media team the output and followers on all the accounts significantly improved, with Instagram more than trebling in followers • I assisted with the upload of all content on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for key events such as seasonal press days, which trended on Twitter and received unprecedented attention from both customers and press contacts • The number of posts focusing on the menswear department increased during my time, as I focused on improving both the quality and content of posts to better represent the business' offerings
