About me
Hello, my name is Aneta Horka and I have recently been awarded First Class in BA (Honours) Graphic Design. I am originally from Prague, Czech republic. I am currently looking for a junior graphic designer role preferably on a home-office basis since I live in my country at the moment. As I studied in the UK for three years I am fluent in English. I am currently gathering as much experience as I can through first clients as well as my own projects. I cannot wait to join the graphic design industry and be able to do what I love for a living.

- Trifold brochure, A4 poster, logo modificarion for SSTGThis is my first project for a company. The communication with the client (SSTG) was very smooth and I could not wish for a better start. I have created a trifold brochure, A4 poster and modified their logo so they are able to present themselves in a consistent manner throughout all platforms. The first logo is my work and the other two are SSTG's original logos. This experience has taught me a lot of things such as dealing with unexpected issues as well as communicating with the client. I have studied an Events Management course for one year and a half and then decided to transfer to a Graphic Design course since I have always felt passionate about arts and crafts. Combination of all kinds of design from environmental, app design, stamp design, illustration, brand identity or t-shirt design taught me different research approaches, digital illustration techniques, thinking out of the box, basing the whole project on the smallest, not obvious details, meeting tight deadlines, multi-tasking as well as learning from negative feedback.
