  Kobold - New UK lager launchWhen Adnams, one of the UK's premium real ale brands decided to venture into the world of lager with the launch of Kobold, I was asked to write its brand story. The Kobold is a mythical sea spirit that's said to protect sailors in the North Sea - something that fits neatly with Adnams' support for marine conservation projects. The story featured on the bottle, on multi-packs and the website.
• Filippo Berio Advert 2020On a very short timescale, I created a new strapline for the summer 2020 ad campaign for this best-selling olive oil brand. 'His signature, our promise' conveyed the heritage of the Filippo Berio brand and its enduring legacy.
• Pep & Lekker namingI created the name Pep & Lekker for this new range of seedy snacks. My inspiration came from the brand usps of taste and energy. Pep connotes energy while lekker is the Dutch word for tasty. The two words together sound quirky and they suggest provenance, also an important consideration for the client.
