    Key achievement: Working on the creative production and post-production of two major international video and photo-shoots, organising and managing complex schedules for industry elite professionals and celebrity talent. Delivering all photography assets for the launch of the new global brand website, (1,600+ ecommerce product shots). Working to the Head Producer, Creative Director and Brand Director, responsibilities in this role include: • Production and post-production of video, animation, still-life photography, PR lookbooks and ATL advertising campaigns. • Working with the Creative Director to produce creative concepts, moodboards and mockups. • Managing the in-house studio and photography schedule, approving and delivering images for e-commerce, ensuring all daily targets are met for quality, time and budget. • Managing junior team members, and coordinating a team photographers, videographers, retouchers and external agencies. • Demonstrating important negotiation and stakeholder management skills when working with external agencies and freelance professionals. A personal highlight: Launching the brand Instagram account last year, creating content and implementing a social strategy across branded social media channels globally.
