While originally from Indianapolis, I am now a third year student at University of Cincinnati. I am studying Communication Design in the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and participating in the Professional Practice Program alternating semesters of study with work in the field of design. Since the day I could hold a pencil, I have loved to create. Using creativity to solve problems has become an inherent part of who I am. I chose design because of this passion; I am energized by the late nights spent searching for the perfect solution; the immersion in empathetic design research; the brainstorming sessions with creative peers; and the satisfaction of that final outcome, and the growth in the process.
