- WOW Wales One World Film Festival 2024The 23rd edition of the WOW Wales One World Film Festival, held from March 11-28, 2024, marked a significant milestone in the festival’s legacy of celebrating independent storytelling from around the globe. With a diverse lineup of films spanning continents and cultures, the festival showcased the power of cinema to bridge boundaries and connect audiences across the world. WOW Film Festival celebrates 21 years of sharing the very best eye-opening world cinema. The 21st edition of this unique festival ran online from Friday 25 February until Sunday 13 March.
- WOW Film Festival 2021 Online EditionWOW Film Festival 2021 took place online. Reaching old friends and new, the festival gave film viewers the opportunity to connect with filmmakers and each other through an online programme of talk and discussions. WOW collaborated with other festivals, inlcuding Iris Prize, Abertoir and Kotatsu, and partnered with organisations such as Size of Wales and Survival International.
- EcoSinema: Reflecting on WaterWales One World (WOW) Film Festival launched their first ECOSINEMA — a series of films and talks combining cinema and environmental awareness. The inaugural ECOSINEMA brought together stories of water from Wales and the world. Spanning the Amazon, Lebanon, Iceland and past and present Wales these brilliant films invited reflection on the element essential to all life on Earth.
