Some of the most recent projects and agencies I have worked for include; The Park: Primark@50 - Forward Think Conference; To celebrate their 50th Birthday Primark wanted to host a conference for 1000 of their key staff in Birmingham which is home to the largest Primark store in the world. I was brought on as lead Producer manage the overall event production, suppliers and multiple venues that were used simultaneously for the event. Pravha Multi City Sampling Campaign; Pravha wanted to create a touring bar which would raise awareness of their beer whilst giving people the opportunity to taste it with some innovative and specially created edible items. Avantgarde: Honda; Producing the Honda stand at Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels and Geneva Motor Shows from 2016-2019. This included managing the technical planning of the project and overseeing the build and derig onsite. Audience: Google Cloud; Producing and managing the Google Cloud stand at RBTE and at the Strata Data conference Amplify: Sonos ReScored; Produced a short film screening that was accompanied by a live orchestra in Studio 1 at Abbey Road. Soundcloud; Taking Soundcloud to the Great Escape and Sound City festivals. Media Circus: Assassin’s Creed; To promote the launch of the film we created an Assassins training school Seville. As Senior Event Producer my role was to work closely with the Client to plan create and execute effective and profitable experiential campaign projects. My responsibilities included: • Attending client meetings for logistical / practical / creative input. • Creating accurate timelines and budgets for prospective and commissioned projects whilst also ensuring profitability as per internal margin targets. • Source venues and liaise with councils so that all activity is in line with the local authority’s legislation. • Act as key point of contact between external suppliers and the agency. Recruit and manage all front of house security and event staff. • Ensure all risk assessments have been compiled in accordance with relevant health and safety procedures. • Being responsible for all campaign logistics and smooth running of the event when it was live.
