• Brand technology video | ArkeonAfter helping create Arkeon's new brand in 2022, I created the script and did the voiceover for this tech video that explains how their fermentation technology works to create complete proteins without using land, animals, or lots of water.

  Blog content for user experience analytics for mobile companyI researched and wrote top-funnel pieces for UXCam, a market leader in mobile experience analytics. The goal of these pieces is to position UXCam as an authority in app analytics and create learning paths to relevant content pages on their company blog. These pieces are geared toward product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals in the tech industry.
• Rebrand for ArkeonI worked with Austrian biotech startup, Arkeon, in 2021-22 on their rebrand. In the beginning, I worked closely with the founders and a core creative team to understand the brand's motivations. From there, I created detailed brand messaging and guidelines, alongside a complete website overhaul. This included: - Brand messaging guidelines (manifesto, brand story, behaviors) - Tone of voice guidelines - Product, tech, team, and FAQ blogs
• Digital brochure for people operations consulting firmWorkforce Buddy offers bespoke people operations services to companies looking to take their business to the next level. This excerpt of the digital brochure showcases the second page in a series of informational pages sent to prospective clients to let them know more about the service, features, benefits, and founder story.
• SEO landing pages for cloud-based call management software (SaaS)I created 10+ landing pages from October-December 2021 for Aircall, a cloud-based call management solution. These content pieces were both industry and customer-facing and were optimized for SEO to increase organic traffic and provide a better customer experience. By creating valuable content with information that helps customers learn more about the product being offered, they're empowered to make the decision that best suits their business. • CRM strategy and campaign creation for e-commerce fashion brandThis US-based brand is in the process of growing its email audience. After running a brand analysis, I created a content calendar and campaign copy to drive sales, brand awareness, and increase subscriber engagement. Since my collaboration with this brand, the open rate and click rate have increased. The brand boasts a 9% higher OR than similar brands of its size in e-commerce. It has a 2.6% higher click rate than similar brands of its size in e-commerce.
