I am a conscientious and enthusiastic printed textile designer, with a passion for interiors, soft furnishings, playing with colours and textures.
Seeking a creative role in textiles, fashion or interiors. Using hand-drawn, painted and CAD components to create my designs, I take design and colour inspiration mainly from nature, including landscapes and plants to create my ideas and designs.
I love experimenting with different printing processes and also adding textures to my designs with techniques such as embroidery and appliqué. I also love to sew and make cushions, wall hangings and accessories.
I am very passionate about looking after our planet by using sustainable and ethical processes within the industry and would love to work for a company who shares these values.
In my own time I experiment and develop my own print designs and products from home and I screen printed my designs at a London studio using water based pigments and recycled, salvaged, pre-loved, organic and natural fabrics.
I have experience working in studios for both small and large independent fashion and interior brands, freelance textile, digital and art direction design work, as well as working for a year as a buying assistant.

My role is varied from day to day and tasks include; organising and making shoot schedules and call sheets, booking kit and freelancers for shoots, creating and processing invoices and bills, creating and sending quotes and invoices to clients, completing paperwork, admin, research for projects and shoots, ‘running’ and junior producing on shoots, creating and updating budgets and quotes, banking, ordering studio supplies and looking after all of the plants!
