For 10 years I have worked for some of the UK’s leading lifestyle brands, looking after their marketing functions. I have experience of managing teams of various sizes; from startup environments to 19 people. I’m passionate about delivering great work, making ideas happen and leading dynamic teams.
Founded in 2015 and based in East London; LNDR (pronounced L.N.D.R) produces technical activewear with premium fabrications and a clean aesthetic; clothes that feel so good on, they have the ability to enhance your every day. Responsible for creating the strategy and team structure for events, social media, online content, digital media, VIP and ambassadors, CRM and press and affiliate partnerships.
A strategic planning role focused on delivering the global marketing strategy through integrated campaigns, events and driving engagement across all platforms and stores globally. Led creative agencies, media agencies and in-house matrix teams to deliver the annual marketing calendar to achieve memorable results and local relevancy. This included developing campaign plans; ATL media buys as well as all subsequent reporting and measurement into effectiveness.
A planning role focused on delivering content-led, marketing campaigns and events. Collaborated directly with the CMO on the strategic planning and monitoring of localised marketing initiatives and campaigns for 16 houses globally. Responsible for briefing agencies and ensuring that all marketing material was on-brand, relevant to members and reported on to form insights into marketing effectiveness.
An operational role managing the adaptation and delivery of marketing collateral and campaigns across 50 countries. Prioritised the workflow for all campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring that strategies were delivered to regions seamlessly resulting in more clarity, better work and a greater sense of team purpose.
A coordinating role within the Marketing & Communications and in-house Creative teams with the responsibility of creating and executing Marketing plans from conception through to execution. Experience of working in various international territories (e.g. Autsralasian, Europe, UK, US) and was the project lead for wholesale, outlet & concession marketing, global store events and brand partnerships.
The first BA Fashion Management student to receive this award within the University of the Arts London.
